This year’s event has now been postponed. Tickets can. be used for next year’s event, but if you would prefer a refund, see below for how to process yours.
Skiddle: If you purchased your ticket online, our official ticket agent Skiddle will be in touch very soon. If you’re happy to attend the date next year, you do not need to do anything and Skiddle will transfer your tickets to the new date. If this is not the case, the Skiddle email will state your options. Please allow a few days to receive this email, as Skiddle are dealing with an unprecedented number of queries. We urge customers to wait for further information from Skiddle by email, rather than contacting the Skiddle Customer Care team.
Physical Tickets: If you have a physical ticket, we ask that you mail your tickets in to our office at Islington Mill, along with details of the account that you would like the refund paid into, and contact details for us to let you know this has been actioned. We will also cover the cost of your postage stamp. Payments will be made as quickly as possible, and we ask for your patience as it is unclear where and when we will be able to work at the moment.
